Cette saison, comme pour le KATA, les stages JU JITSU se feront le soir dans un club de la région qui nous accueillera. Les thèmes seront choisis parmi : 20 techniques, NE WAZA, SELF DEFENSE, UV Grades, COMPETITION (combat & DUO).
